  • I spend a lot of time with my patients. Your first session will be 75 minutes. During this time I want to hear your whole story. I’ll gather a comprehensive health history, review any labs you’ve had done in the last 12 months, and together we’ll hone in on some goals to structure your treatment plan around. We’ll discuss your symptoms, as well as your diet and lifestyle, stressors and more. At the end of this session you will receive a tailored treatment plan including recommendations around nutrition, lifestyle practices, supplement protocols, herbal medicine and homeopathic remedies. I may draw blood for lab work, or recommend functional labs for you to collect at home.

Follow up visits are 30 min. We’ll check in on how things are going, go over any new complaints, and make adjustments to your plan as needed.

  • In an effort to uphold the therapeutic freedom and integrity of my practice of medicine, I do not accept insurance plans at CNH. This enables me to work outside the constraints and requirements of health insurance carriers and ensures both the time and freedom to provide the comprehensive care needed to address your health concerns. I do accept FSA/HSA cards and can also provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Many labs can be billed to insurance, and I also work with discounted cash based labs that can be used when needed. I will do my best to get you the best price and work within your budget.

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available to those in need.

  • While I do not prescribe pharmaceuticals, I am trained in pharmacology and have a strong understanding of drug-herb/nutrient interactions. It’s important that you keep me up to date on any changes to your medications for this reason.

Only you and the prescribing physician can decide if you should stop any medications. Many of my patients & clients find that they no longer need some of their medications once they have made changes to their diet & lifestyle. If reducing your need for medications is a goal of yours, I am happy to support you in this process alongside your prescribing physician.

She provides wellness consultations for virtual clients worldwide over Zoom. Any reference to the practice of naturopathic medicine does not apply outside of the state of Connecticut. Virtual wellness consultations are not a substitute for regular, in person care. All wellness clients are required to maintain regular care with their primary care physician.

I am proud to offer comprehensive care to both in person patients and long distance clients. If you have questions about how long distance appointments will work, please email me directly or schedule a complimentary intro call.

  • As a naturopathic & functional medicine doctor, comprehensive lab work is an essential component of my practice. I utilize both regular blood work and functional labs such as dried urine, stool testing and salivary cortisol testing. For in person patients and those who live within the state of Connecticut, I can order any labs without constraints.

For long distance clients, I can order any functional labs, and will provide you with a list of recommended blood work to request from your PCP or other provider.
